All you need is a nice apron to wear, a good glass of wine to sip during your cooking lesson and the right ingredients!
Once paid, we will provide you via e-mail the recipes, the ingredients you need, and the LINK where to watch your virtual lesson, anytime, anywhere.
It will be like having a personal Italian instructor with you all the time!
The lesson offers a full menu and it’s based on 3 DISHES of our veronese traditions:
- Ravioli stuffed with ricotta, chard and mint
- Pork fillet with spinach pine nuts and raisins, paired with parmigiano cream
- Sbrisolona cake – a masterpiece of our traditions!
We want everyone to be successful when cooking Italy’s local dishes for family and friends.
And do not forget to pair everything with the right wine!
