People in Verona usually drink it as a sparkling white, and it is coming directly from our own Lessinia mountains, and only one grape: Durella.
So we decided that a cozy location and some perfect food pairings would be the perfect way for you to discover our “bubbles”!
Marco, owner and chef of a small and refined restaurant in the heart of Verona, will prepare for you four different delicious fish tapas prepared by a dedicated chef, to pair with two different Proseccos and two Durellos, to compare methods and styles of what may seem “just a sparkling”.
He will give you a detailed explanation on how to drink these four different wines and what makes the difference between them!
