Our Verona food and wine tour offers you a sensory stroll of gastronomic treasures, including old eateries, historic Veronese wine bars, and even ancient stable turned restaurant – once owned by the real-life family of the city’s most famous tragedy (any guesses?) We will visti a true pastificio, where the owner still closes by hand the “tortelli”.
Your local food guide and wine expert (a Verona native) leads you through the city’s monuments and narrow historic streets, tasting typical Veronese dishes: from classic cheeses and cold cuts to fresh bigoli pasta, or an other traditional main course like amarone risotto, gnocchi, tortelli (dishes are seasonal), and more gourmet delights. Enjoy all these paired with our DOC wines from Soave, Lake Garda and the glorious Valpolicella.

During our walk we will also stop for a PROPER WINE TASTING SESSION with a funny wine lesson to better understand our food and wine traditions that belong to the Roman times. We will taste at least 3 different DOC wines, and AMARONE as well. This wine is considered today the king of Italian wines. all wines will be paired with local delicious snacks from The Dolomites mountains and lake Garda.
