Balsamic Vinegar 12 y.old ” Riserva di Famiglia Sereni”: product born from the long cooking of our musts, in order to give the dressing a high density. It is then acetified and left to age in oak barrels for 12 years. It differs from other condiments for its more sweet taste which makes it suitable for meats, salads and desserts such as ice-cream!

Acetaia Sereni is a leader in the production of traditional balsamic vinegar. They began their family-run business in the early 2oth century.
